The city of Waller is home to a growing wave of new master-planned communities — Attwater, Beacon Hill, Oakberry Trails, and newer villages like Bellamina and Azalea — all zoned to Waller ISD. It’s about 20 minutes from Cypress and roughly 30–45 minutes from Bridgeland’s Toro District, the future Houston Texans headquarters. School boundary verification is still essential before you buy: Waller ISD spans 328 square miles across Waller and northwest Harris Counties, and boundary lines shift as new communities are added.
