Magnolia

Magnolia is a fast-growing new-construction market along the 249/1488 corridor, anchored by Audubon, Kresston, and newer entries like Wildtree, alongside established Mostyn Manor. All are zoned to Magnolia ISD. It’s roughly 15–20 minutes from The Woodlands and Tomball, offering larger lots and a more rural feel than closer-in suburbs at a lower price point.
