THE HOUSTON RELO GUIDE / THE REFERRAL DESK
THE REFERRAL DESK
A dedicated referral connection for agents with clients relocating to Greater Houston. From finding the right community to navigating new construction and resale, I’ll help your clients make their next move with confidence—and keep you connected along the way.
I’m Not Here to Sell Your Clients Just Any House.
I’m here to help them figure out where they belong.
I’m Crystal, the REALTOR® behind The Houston Relo Guide. I created it because relocating families deserve more than a list of homes and a few recommendations for popular suburbs.
When you send someone my way, I’m going to ask questions, show them their options and tell them what they need to know—even when that means recommending a different community, renting first or passing on a particular house.
And I’ll treat the trust you’ve already earned with your client like it’s my own.
The Right Life. Not Just the Right House.
I help families compare communities, school boundaries, commute realities and everyday life—not simply square footage and listing photos.
Buy, Build or Rent First.
Not every family should purchase immediately. We’ll explore resale, new construction and rental options based on their timeline, budget and readiness.
Their Priorities Come Before Builder Incentives.
I’m not steering your client toward a builder because they’re offering the highest bonus. If another home, community or approach makes more sense for them, that’s what we’ll discuss.
Your Client. Your Relationship.
You made the introduction, and I won’t forget it. Expect a professional handoff, meaningful updates and a referral partnership that respects the relationship you’ve built.
More Than a Home Search. An Entire Relocation Experience.
Your clients aren’t just getting someone to unlock doors. They’re getting a local resource who helps them figure out where to begin, what to explore and how to make an informed decision.
Before They Ever Arrive
We start with Relo Connect, where I’ll get to know your clients, their timeline and what they’re hoping life in Houston will look like. Once we’re working together, I’ll help them narrow down communities and plan a personalized Houston itinerary, so their visit is about more than touring houses. They’ll get a feel for the neighborhoods, commutes and everyday life they’re considering.
While They’re Here
A Visit Designed Around Their Life, Not Just Their Home Search.
When your clients arrive in Houston, we’ll put their personalized itinerary to work. From touring homes and exploring neighborhoods to experiencing local restaurants and testing potential commutes, I want them to see what everyday life could actually look like.
We’ll compare new construction and resale options, explore communities they may not have considered and make the most of their time here. Because a home can look perfect online, but the neighborhood—and the life that comes with it—needs to feel right in person.
Finding Their Place
The Details Matter. And This Is Where I Get to Work.
Once your clients have found their place, I’ll guide them through the financial and contractual details of their next move. With 15 years of banking experience and a background in both resale and new construction, I bring a numbers-first perspective to evaluating offers, builder incentives, property taxes and the true cost of ownership.
From negotiating terms and reviewing contract provisions to coordinating inspections, financing milestones and closing, I’ll help them understand what they’re agreeing to and what comes next.
And when the keys are finally theirs, I’ll still be here to help them settle into Houston.
Their Houston Research Starts Here
I created The Houston Relo Guide for the questions that come long before the home search. Which suburb actually fits their lifestyle? What will their commute look like? How do property taxes change their budget? And what should they know about a community before falling in love with a house?
Your clients have access to an entire publication dedicated to helping them understand Greater Houston, with community guides, school information, housing insights and local development coverage. And when they’re ready, they have someone local to help them put that research into action.
